Packet Pickup
When and Where
Packet Pickup will take place at the Chicago Hilton and Towers, located at 720 S. Michigan Avenue (cross Street Balbo). For driving directions and public transportation information see the bottom of this page.
Packet Pickup will take place in the Southeast and Southwest halls in the Chicago Hilton and Towers (enter on the main floor and head downstairs).
Packet Pickup hours are:
Friday August 8th, 11am to 7pm
Saturday August 9th, 9am to 6pm
There will be no race day registration or packet pickup.

- Q. Can a friend \ family member pick up my packet for me?
- A. Yes
- Q. What will they need?
- A. A copy of your confirmation email with a signed copy of the medical waiver (included in your confirmation email).
- Q. When are confirmation emails going out?
- A. Beginning July 30th and through August 7th.
- Q. I did not get a confirmation email, why?
- A. The email system only sends out one email per email address. You can print the confirmation email and waiver HERE (Word doc).
- Q. How can I tell if I am registered?
- A. Please verify your registration and find your bib number HERE.
- Q. There is an error in my registration, how can I fix it?
- A. Please stop by the solutions desk at packet pickup and we will be able to make that change to your registration.
- Q. Can you mail my packet to me?
- A. We are sorry we are unable to mail out packets.
- Q. Can I register at the health and fitness expo?
- A. Yes, registration will be open on Friday and Saturday.
- Q. Can I register on race day?
- A. There will be no race day registration or packet pickup.
Public Transportation
Take the CTA red line to the Harrison stop, or take the Orange, Purple, or Brown line trains to the Library stop.
Walk EAST to Michigan Avenue and then South to Balbo.

Driving Directions
...to the Chicago Hilton and Towers
From Lake Shore Drive: Exit LSD at Balbo (one light South of Congress, one light North of Roosevelt). Go two blocks West to the corner of Balbo and Michigan.
From the Northern Suburbs: Take I-94 to the Kennedy Expressway, I-90/94. Continue through the city. Take the Congress Parkway exit east to Michigan Avenue. Make a right onto Michigan Avenue, the Hilton is located at Michigan Avenue and Balbo.
From O'Hare Airport and the Northwestern Suburbs: Use I-90 east to the Kennedy Expressway, I-90/94 heading towards Chicago. Continue through the city. Take the Congress Parkway exit east to Michigan Avenue. Make a right onto Michigan Avenue, the Hilton is located at Michigan and Balbo.
From the Western Suburbs: Take the Eisenhower Expressway, I-290 east through the city on Congress until you reach Michigan Avenue. Make a right onto Michigan Avenue, the Hilton is located at Michigan and Balbo.
From the Southwestern Suburbs: Take I-88 east, which becomes the Eisenhower Expressway heading towards Chicago. Follow that through the city on Congress until you reach Michigan Avenue. Make a right onto Michigan Avenue, the Hilton is located at Michigan and Balbo.
From the Southern and Southeastern Suburbs: Take the Dan Ryan Expressway, I-90/94 north to the Lake Shore Drive exit. You are now on I-55 east. Take the Lake Shore Drive North exit and follow Lake Shore Drive north to Balbo. Make a left onto Balbo. Two blocks west will be the Hilton at Michigan and Balbo.
Parking Information
There is street parking on Wabash (one block West of Michigan), Columbus (one block east of Michigan) and many of the side streets around the hotel. There is a lot attached to the Hilton (entrance on Balbo or Wabash), a lot across the street from the Hilton on Wabash and another lot diagonal from the Hilton on the NW corner of Balbo and Wabash (enter on Balbo).
